I'm in the process of acquiring all my new gear, the list is growing. right now all i've got is a nikon d70, 50mm 1.8 and vivitar hv 285. i think i'm on my way now. heres a couple older photos with some old friends. i like to reminiss.

Forever Breathing

So a couple weekends ago, my buddy sean bruce threw a party to showcase his new band Forever Breathing. Some of my best buddies are in this band so I support them to the end, which means I'll take their photos. here are a couple from that night.

For as long as I've been shooting photos, i've been shooting bands. These days i'm not so into it because theres only so much you can do with band photography but I do what I can, I suppose.

heres a personal favourite because this shot is of the band Taken (my favourite band) at their before last show ever, in Hamilton at the Unyon.

Now having a stand point as to what direction I wanted to go in with my photography. I expanded further with my own ideas of simplicity and effectiveness.



meet alyshia, she's been in alot of my pictures. I guess I was kind of aiming for innocence with this one.



I was taking more of an advertisement approach to this shot, I figured you could see this in a magazine somewhere endorsing some sort of skin care product. Basically, I think its a simple photo, which goes to show that there is beauty is every day stuff.

First post...don't really know how to start so I'm just not going to.

I've been taking photos for about three or so years and I guess you're going to witness the various stages of my development as an artist. Some of these are old, some are new. ..the actual new ones from my to-be-owned-camera will be noted as so when they are posted.

where to start?


This shot is one that put me in the right direction for my photography. I think I was really baked one day and I just thought about a cool shot...so there's not really any sentimental, deep, unspeakable feeling. Just a cool shot, and thats what i'm sayin' , homies.


This one is basically a representation of memories...yeah...I built a little room with tinfoil and house lights and gav'er.
